Export Data

If you're wanting to work with your work out data yourself (in excel etc), you can export your data from here.

You can download it in two formats:

CSV - Standard denormalised csv format able to be imported into Open Office, Microsoft Office etc.
SQL - Sql statements (normalised), suitable for import into a mysql or oracle database

You haven't completed any work outs yet, so there's not much in the way of data to export.

Once you have complete some work outs you'll be able to export your data here. In the interim, you have a look at a sample export.
