Welcome to getfitslow.com. The aim of this site is pretty simple - it is a resource to help you acheive your fitness goals.

You can create work out plans and record your results and progress. The work outs can either created completely by you or automatically generated by us. Once you've used this site for a short time, the system will learn your limits and the work outs generated will be tailored specifically for you.

You can quickly record the results of your workouts and runs, and get (optional) feedback if our systems notice that you seem to be stuck on particular exercise or weight.

Recording your results is quick and easy. If you have lifted what you had planned, you can record the results with just just one click. If you lifted more or less than you planned, changing the numbers before you mark the workout as complete is simple as well!

Start by creating a workout session sheet. You can either:

To register, click on the Registration link above. The only required information is a username and password. An email address is optional, (but you'll need to supply one if you want to have your workout sheets emailed to you.)

If you don't want to register just yet, that's cool. We can keep track of you in the short term (via a cookie), and if (when!) you decide to register, all of your history, workout plans and statistics will be kept.
